A completely original note which would be gem except for not being centerred. The seal and serial numbers are that deep orange/gold color that is so pleasing to the eye. It is graded PMG Choice Uncirculated 63EPQ. The Exceptional Paper Quality designation means that it has not been washed or pressed like many of the raw notes you see on eBay.
