We redesigned the knob to be easier to grip and use. We also redesigned the volume and squelch knobs to make them easier to grip.<br>Also, we like to use this scanner in the vehicle and on the desk. We leave the factory mount in the vehicle and we designed the desk mount to make it easier to see the screen without the need to use the vehicle mount.
